Aging doesn’t mean staying inside or giving up on adventure. Strength In Aging Squad is a weekly movement and connection class designed for older adults who want to move confidently, connect with others, and enjoy the benefits of nature while aging well.
Activities are adapted for all abilities — challenging you safely and effectively.

Evidence-Based Movement, Led by an Expert
Led by Connie Wyatt, OTR/L, an experienced occupational therapist, this class blends proven movement methodologies — LSVT BIG, Rock Steady, and OTAGO — with the life-giving benefits of fresh air and community.

Why Outside?
We move and socialize less as we age — let’s change that together. Fresh air, movement, and meaningful connection are powerful tools for healthy aging. (We move inside on poor weather days.)
