Join STRENGTH IN AGING SQUAD,
a weekly movement and connection class designed for older adults who want to move confidently,
connect with others, and enjoy the benefits of nature (weather permitting) while aging well.

Led by Connie Wyatt, OTR/L, an experienced occupational therapist,
this class blends evidence-based movement (LSVT BIG, Rock Steady, OTAGO) with the life-giving benefits of fresh air and community.
Activities are adapted for all abilities while challenging you safely and effectively.
Improve balance & reduce fall risk
Build strength, flexibility, and confidence
Connect with others who “get it”
Breathe fresh air while moving in nature
Learn snippets of lifestyle medicine as related to aging
Have fun while working toward your goals
