Monthly Membership for Senior Outdoor Squad 

A weekly outdoor movement and connection class designed for older adults who want to move confidently, connect with others, and enjoy the benefits of nature while aging well. We blend evidence-based movement (LSVT BIG, Rock Steady, OTAGO) with the life-giving benefits of fresh air, nature, and community.

Led by Connie Wyatt, OTR/L, an experienced occupational therapist, this class is designed to adapt for all abilities while challenging you safely and effectively.
