Her four years of business ownership have allowed her to offer preventative services to those aging in place within the Anacortes retirement community. Connie’s collaborative efforts with case managers, caregivers, family members, assisted living facilities, physicians, DME vendors, PTs, SLPs, and other healthcare professionals have positively impacted her clients’ and patients’ outcomes and quality of life.
